Something about the idea behind that page first.
Okay - I could leave my notes in the Blitz-forums - but that's not always a successful idea as I found out last year when I was a newbie to the language and had requests myself that were not really useful. That's the way life goes.

Feature requests that are not based on an honest development stadium of a Program that will be released one day are really a waste of time.

I am in the computer business as Programmer and Producer since about 1977 with some longer holidays in between. I have made successful Computer-Magazines and the RPSystem, the worlds first Game-Basic-Language with a real Compiler, launched in 1986, lots of curiosities and I know a little bit of the scene.
And I still have my eyes open for the market.
And so I know that hundreds of posts in the Blitz-forums are for nothing - If I were the developer of Blitz I would take a slight look into it - but I couldn't waste my time that's better used for programming than in a forum reading all stuff that is presented.
So my view is - not the forum freaks and demo-creators (they make the language stable) - but the real developers using the tool should get their message with really needed features into the tool-developers eyes and ears !
Here, at places like this, you can find the urgently needed features that give ideas for your next steps in the development of the language - you are invited to do that.
An example: Some of my favourites are RPGs and myth and magic and all this - so I follow MojoMagic's History quite a time now. They started several projects and are now on the 5th - For some reason they cancelled each of the previous ones and it looks as if they always were running into problems at some point that have to do with the language. Maybe I am wrong - at least it looks like it.
If they would make their requests visible on their site and other developers do that, it is a simple weekly tour for interested producers of programs like Blitz to take a look, what the producers that have gone quite far with a project, that is made with their program, need - can I help them in adding that feature? - is it useful? - ah, there is the explanation what its good for! - there is the workaround for that! - right - I see that they do not come any further with their stuff if they do not have that feature .....
See what I mean?

Let me say it with Ozzy's words - I'm just a dreamer - I dreamed my life away - I'm just a dreamer - who dreams of better days (or did he sing ways ;-).

So - let me start on my site with features I need to finish a project and not being forced to stop it and to do something else or even change the programming language again.
And if I need it then it is for sure that others sooner or later will need that too. Because it all makes sense and most of it is used in other games and applications - actually to make them realizable at all.
